ABOUT ME

Passionate About Empowering Others

I'm a Counseling Psychologist with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa, and I have worked across a wide range of settings, including schools, universities, psychiatric facilities, and private practice. My clients range from young children through to adults, and I bring the same care and intentionality to each stage of life.

How I work

My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw on multiple frameworks to meet you where you are. Transactional Analysis (TA) forms the foundation of much of my work. TA is a relational model that helps us understand patterns in how we think, feel, and relate to others, including patterns that may have made sense at one point in our lives but are no longer serving us. Alongside TA, I work from a trauma-informed lens, which means I pay attention not just to what you're experiencing, but to how your history may be shaping your present.

Depending on your needs and goals, I may also draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, schema-informed approaches, and somatic (body-based) awareness. The aim is always a therapy that fits you, not the other way around.

What you can expect

Central to my practice is the creation of a space where you feel genuinely heard. I work collaboratively, and I take your goals seriously. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, or a sense that something just isn't working, I'm here to help you understand it more clearly and find a way forward.

I offer sessions both in person at my office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, and online.
